Your hainevintage.ro account
When you register, we collect your name, email address and password. Your password is stored as a hash for authentication. Account roles, account status, favourite products and administrative actions support the operation and security of the platform.
Your public profile and private address
Your wardrobe username, bio, photo and chosen profile country are public. Your city is shown only if you enable it. Your saved test shipping address and phone are private, encrypted and available only in your account settings; they are not sent to a carrier or automatically used at checkout. You can edit or delete the address in Shipping settings. Public follower lists show approved native wardrobes, not account emails or private names.
Your own listings and photos
For local listings we store the seller account, public wardrobe name, item details, price, listing state and uploaded photos. Photos are decoded and re-encoded; the original upload is not served. Drafts and unapproved listings are private. Publish only content you own or have permission to use, and do not include personal contact details in public descriptions or photos.
Test orders and delivery details
When test checkout is enabled, order records include the buyer, seller, item, test totals, status and the delivery details entered. Authorized order participants and administrators can access order information. Connected test payment services may receive the information needed for the selected test flow under their own privacy rules. Do not enter real card details or unnecessary personal information: this version does not process real payments or dispatch parcels.
Messages, offers and feedback
We store conversation messages, attached photos, offers and their status, links to orders, and read status to provide messaging between buyers and sellers. Conversations and their photos are private to their participants. Uploaded chat photos are validated and re-encoded to remove metadata; they are not sent for automated AI analysis. Feedback from test orders remains private to order participants and does not contribute to a public rating. Order confirmations, reported issue reasons and transfer states are recorded and may be reviewed by administrators to manage the payment. This does not grant administrators access to private chat photos or messages.
Cookies and security
We use sessions for authentication and form security. Preferences saved in your account, such as favourites, remain linked to your user account. Application and server logs may contain technical information needed to prevent abuse and diagnose problems.
Account sessions use hv_session or __Host-hv_session, depending on the configured URL mode. Authentication cookies stay host-only. The hv_language preference lasts up to one year and is not used for advertising or analytics.
Language suggestions, sharing and offline access
Language suggestions may use an approximate country code from verified Cloudflare traffic or configured server data. Your chosen pricing country takes priority. This feature does not request GPS access, send your IP address to another geolocation provider, or change your saved language and pricing country automatically.
Accepting or dismissing a language suggestion, or choosing a language manually, suppresses further suggestions for up to 180 days using an expiry timestamp in localStorage and sessionStorage when available. In subdomain mode, the non-secret hv_language_choice_until cookie can share this reminder across our language hosts. You can clear browser storage at any time.
Social-sharing links contact the selected external service only when clicked; that service applies its own privacy rules. Offline support for the installable web app stores only the bundled offline page and icons, not account pages, product pages, feeds, photos or submitted forms.
Following community wardrobes
Follows on this website are linked to your account and can be removed with Unfollow. Public follower lists display only approved public wardrobes, never account email addresses.
Translations and search engines
When enabled by the administrator, OpenAI translates interface text, country names and the site SEO title and description. Account passwords, emails, private account data and product descriptions are not sent by this translation feature.
Approved public pages can appear in search engines. When IndexNow is enabled, the site sends changed public page URLs to its notification service. Private account and administration URLs are excluded.
Automatic listing assistance
When listing assistance is enabled by the administrator, choosing new product photographs starts analysis of all selected new photos, up to ten. Adding, removing or editing photos schedules a new check of the latest selection; checks are bounded by the account and site quotas. Photos are re-encoded and sent to OpenAI for item classification, readable label transcription, factual descriptions, visible-damage observations, suggested tags, visual condition and parcel-size recommendations, and photo tips. Saved photos from an older listing are not sent by this upload check. If price comparisons are enabled, brand, category, department, size and seller-selected condition are used in web searches. Account email, password and contact fields are not included, but photos may contain personal information: avoid faces, addresses and personal documents. Requests use store=false, which is not a promise of zero provider retention. Processing starts automatically without a separate checkbox and can be paused from the recommendations panel. Suggestions can be incorrect or miss damage; inspect the actual item and check all details before saving. Manual descriptions are not replaced; observations can be added explicitly. Condition, material, parcel size, tags and prices are used only when selected. Check actual measurements, packed dimensions and weight yourself. Nothing is published automatically, no product photographs are generated, and the feature does not establish authenticity, an objective condition grade or a guaranteed sale price.
Checks before publishing a listing
Submitting an item starts publication checks independently of optional listing suggestions. When enabled, resized copies of listing photos and identifying attributes such as title, brand, size, category and colour are sent to OpenAI. Relevant photos and attributes from candidate listings may also be compared. Passwords and account identifiers are not included as account fields. Avoid putting personal or payment information in photos or item text. The API request uses store=false; provider processing remains subject to its applicable terms. Uncertain results stay non-public for further review. These checks do not authenticate a brand or certify ownership.
Account country, labels and measurements
We save the country you select in your account and use it as a regional size-display preference. A suggestion may come from verified server country data; it is not GPS and you can change it. Original size labels, additional label sizes, composition and seller-entered measurements are stored with the listing. Available brand-chart equivalents are identified separately and do not certify fit. This preference does not alter payment currency or shipping availability.
Image search
If enabled, image search requires sign-in. Processing starts only when you submit the photo using "Find similar items", not when you select or drop a file. A reduced, re-encoded copy of your selected photo is sent to OpenAI to identify item attributes. We then match these attributes against the public catalogue. The application does not save the search photo, descriptors or search history in your account; the upload passes through temporary server storage for processing. OpenAI handles the request under its API data policies. Technical security counters are kept to limit abuse. Do not submit faces, identity documents, addresses or payment data. This is not an authenticity or exact-identity check.
Preferences, security and account export
Notification preferences and daily UTC counters are retained to respect your chosen limit. Password changes, saved preferences and exports are recorded in the private audit log without passwords. Sessions are bound to authentication credentials so a password change can invalidate them. Control over your content
You can manage products from your account. To change profile data, stop synchronisation, delete your account or make a personal data request, contact the hainevintage.ro administrator. Include the profile or product concerned and the information needed to identify your request.
About the platform
hainevintage.ro hosts community listings directly. Orders and connected payment or delivery flows are test-only in this version, with no real payment or parcel dispatch.
